Refund Policy
This policy explains how refund and cancellation requests are handled for ReachForge Leads subscription licences.
Digital software subscription
ReachForge Leads is digital desktop software delivered by licence key. Subscription access starts after successful payment and licence delivery.
When refunds may be considered
- the licence cannot be activated because of a ReachForge technical issue and support cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;
- a duplicate payment or obvious mistaken purchase was made;
- a billing error occurred;
- mandatory law requires a refund in the customer's location.
When refunds are usually not available
- third-party costs, including Google API, SMTP provider, hosting, domain, or email-provider charges;
- blocked, limited, or poor-performing sender accounts controlled by the customer;
- campaign results, deliverability, reply rates, or lead quality expectations;
- misuse, unsupported environments, or failure to follow provider limits and compliance rules;
- periods already used before cancellation, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
Cancellation and renewal
Customers can cancel renewal through the customer account area and Stripe Customer Portal when available. Cancelling renewal normally keeps access active until the end of the already-paid subscription period.
How to request a refund
Email support@reachforge.io with the checkout email address, company name, payment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
