Terms of Service
These terms explain how ReachForge Leads is licensed, what customers are responsible for, and how subscription access works.
1. Product and licence
ReachForge Leads is desktop software for B2B lead discovery, contact enrichment, suppression management, contact-form workflow support, and outreach workflow management. It is sold as a subscription licence. One licence key can be activated on the number of computers included in the selected plan.
Licence keys remain the same when renewed. Access can be limited, suspended, or disabled if a subscription expires, payment fails, a refund is issued, or the service is used in breach of these terms.
2. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their own use of the software, including search inputs, imported data, message content, sender identity, SMTP provider setup, Google Places API usage, privacy notices, lawful basis, opt-out handling, and compliance with applicable email, privacy, consumer-protection, and anti-spam laws.
3. Third-party services
The software may rely on third-party services chosen or configured by the customer, including Google Places API, SMTP providers, email inboxes, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend, WhatsApp, and web browsers. Customers are responsible for those accounts, costs, limits, credentials, and terms.
4. Acceptable use
Customers must not use ReachForge Leads for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, or high-risk outreach. Customers must not conceal their identity, evade suppression lists, ignore opt-out requests, send malware or phishing content, harvest from private or restricted systems, or use the software to target consumers where consent or other legal requirements are not satisfied.

5. Payments, renewals, and cancellation
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Customers can manage payment methods, invoices, cancellation, and renewal status through the customer account area and Stripe Customer Portal when available. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period.
6. Data, privacy, and security
The Privacy Policy explains how ReachForge Leads processes service, account, licensing, suppression, and support data. Customers remain responsible for personal data they import, discover, export, or use in outreach campaigns.
7. Results, accuracy, and deliverability
ReachForge Leads does not guarantee that search results, imported records, emails, phone numbers, websites, contact pages, deliverability, replies, or commercial outcomes will be complete, current, accurate, or suitable for every use case. Customers should review results before using them.
8. Support and changes
Support is available by email at support@reachforge.io. These terms may be updated as the product, payment system, legal requirements, or support model changes.
