Responsible Use Policy

ReachForge Leads is intended for practical, accountable B2B prospecting workflows. This policy defines the behaviours expected from customers using the product.

Use the product for legitimate B2B workflows

ReachForge Leads should be used to identify relevant businesses, review publicly available business contact routes, manage outreach records, and maintain suppression history. Customers should target organisations and roles that are reasonably relevant to their business purpose.

Do not use ReachForge Leads for abusive outreach

  • do not send deceptive, misleading, harassing, threatening, fraudulent, or phishing messages;
  • do not hide or falsify the sender identity, domain, reply address, or purpose of the message;
  • do not bypass unsubscribe, suppression, bounce, complaint, or do-not-contact signals;
  • do not target children or use sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards;
  • do not use scraped, bought, or imported data in a way that breaches applicable law or platform terms;
  • do not attempt to evade email-provider, WhatsApp, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, or infrastructure limits.

Review before sending

Customers should review lead lists, message content, privacy notices, footers, sender identity, opt-out routes, and suppression status before each campaign. The software includes controls to help with this, but the customer decides what to send and to whom.

Respect opt-outs and objections

Suppression lists should be treated as safety-critical. If a recipient unsubscribes, replies with an opt-out request, complains, bounces, or otherwise asks not to be contacted, customers should stop marketing to that address or domain as appropriate.

Provider pacing and reputation

Customers should use conservative provider limits, warm up sender domains carefully, authenticate domains with SPF/DKIM/DMARC where supported, and avoid sending patterns that look automated, irrelevant, or aggressive.

Enforcement

ReachForge may suspend support, restrict hosted services, or disable licence access if the product is used for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or high-risk activity. To report misuse, contact support@reachforge.io.
